Hong Kong should review reducing number of Legco seats to cut cost, Rita Fan says

Hong Kong’s first Legislative Council president following the city’s return to Chinese sovereignty in 1997 suggested reviewing the number of seats in the legislature, citing the need to use public funds properly.
