India: Cockroach party denied permission to protest in Delhi, founder Dipke pushes on

Train cancelations have been reported in Delhi ahead of CJP’s protest tomorrow. There is heavy security in the capital. A permission to protest has been denied but CJP's leader has vowed to press on with the plan.
