Former CEO of Scandal-Plagued Airbag Maker Takata Dies at 60

Shigehisa Takada, the former chief executive officer of Takata Corp., the Japanese airbag maker that collapsed into bankruptcy following the largest recall in automotive history, has died. He was 60.
