Karachi court acquits alleged drug baroness Anmol alias Pinky in two more cases

KARACHI: A sessions court in Karachi on Friday acquitted alleged drug queenpin Anmol alias Pinky in two narcotics cases. The first case was registered with the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) in 2018 while the second case was registered at the Gizri police station in 2021. Anmol, who had been declared a proclaimed offender in both drug cases, had filed separate applications Section 265-K (power of Court to acquit accused at any stage) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for her acquittal.
