Hoi An Ancient Town in Da Nang City, central Vietnam, welcomed nearly five million visitors in 2025, but only about 35 percent bought admission tickets, raising concerns about heritage conservation and the quality of tourism experiences, experts said at a conference in the city on Saturday.
