Houthis release 159 people under ICRC watch The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has said that Houthi authorities have released 159 people who were detained in connection with the ongoing fighting in the country. In a statement, ICRC said its delegates conducted pre-departure interviews with each detainee, informed their families of the imminent release and offered assistance to support their "dignified" return home.
