韓国食品医薬品安全処、米ギリアドの希少肝疾患治療薬「リブデルジ」承認
食品医薬品安全処は20日、米ギリアド・サイエンシズの原発性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）治療薬「リブデルジカプセル（成分名セラデルパルリシン二水和物）」を承認したと発表した。原発性胆汁性胆管炎は、免疫系が肝臓内の胆管を攻撃し、炎症や損傷を引き起こす自己免疫疾患だ。胆汁が適切に排出されなければ肝臓に蓄積し、肝損傷が進行する可能性がある。年間約4000人の患者が発生しており、
