Air threat alert in Latvia's Balvi, Ludza municipalities is over

Latvia's National Armed Forces (NBS) issued an orange level alert at around half past midnight on Tuesday, November 3, over a potential threat to Latvian airspace. The threat was declared over at 0:40.
