Petrol price dropped by Rs7.06 per litre, high-speed diesel by Rs3.71
The government on Wednesday cut the price of petrol by Rs7.06 per litre and that of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs3.71. Following the revision, petrol will retail at Rs362.00 per litre, while HSD will cost Rs387.81. This is the third consecutive reduction in fuel prices. The prices are applicable for Nov 5 (Thursday), according to a notification by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra).
