Arab-Israeli alliance denounces 'political persecution'

'We will not allow the Arab public's vote to be delegitimized,' the Joint List said on Wednesday, after one of its lawmakers was accused of accepting foreign money before last week's elections. The statement came as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu doubled down on the accusations of foreign interference in the October 27 vote.
