13 foreigners rent Da Nang villa to run online scam targeting Indonesians

Police in Da Nang have uncovered a group of 13 foreigners, including two Chinese nationals and 11 Indonesians, who allegedly rented a villa in the central Vietnamese city to run an online romance and task-based investment scam targeting Indonesian victims.
