Sudan: Sanctions Against Commanders Implicated in Sudan Rapes 'Seek Accountability', Says UK Minister

[allAfrica] Geneva -- UK Development Minister Kirsty McNeill says that sanctions her government has announced against military commanders suspected of atrocities, including conflict-related sexual violence, during the fall of El Fasher in western Sudan are aimed at seeking accountability.
