S.Korean businesses seek to expand investment in Ho Chi Minh City, urge removal of bottlenecks

South Korean businesses seeking to expand their investments in Ho Chi Minh City have urged local authorities to resolve difficulties involving tax refunds, corporate income tax, and access to high-tech investment incentives, according to the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC).
