10cm bamboo splinter removed from Vietnamese man’s neck after 3 months

Doctors at Military Hospital 120 in Dong Thap Province, southern Vietnam have successfully removed a bamboo splinter measuring some 10cm from the neck of a 66-year-old man after it remained lodged there for nearly three months.
