Nepal declines Latvian humanitarian aid

Nepal, which was hit by devastating floods at the end of August, has declined the humanitarian aid offered by Latvia, which had been prepared by the Emergency Medical Service (NMPD) and the State Fire and Rescue Service (VUGD), and consequently, on Friday 6 November, the government revoked the order to provide humanitarian aid to Nepal.
