Zelenskyy blames Kyiv city authorities for worst energy supply situation of all Ukrainian regions

Following a conference call on energy supplies in the regions, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that the situation is worst in Kyiv because the city authorities have failed to prepare for winter.
