Punjab Revenue Authority wants electronic invoice system at all hotels, restaurants
LAHORE: Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has sought all hotels and restaurants to be equipped with the electronic invoice monitoring system (EIMS) for timely payment of taxes. It was sought by the authorities in a meeting with the Hotels and Restaurant Association held here on Friday. During the meeting, matters concerning installation of EIMS in the hotel industry and tax compliance came under discussion. The meeting focused on measures to bring the entire hotel industry into the tax net and further broaden the tax base. The participants reviewed the EIMS installation process, technical req
