Ho Chi Minh City, southern Vietnam face heavy rain, high tides this weekend

Southern Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, is forecast to see heavier rain over the weekend as cold-air diffusion combines with wind disturbances, while northeasterly winds are expected to push seawater inland, driving tides to higher levels.
