Europe needs Cold War-like deterrence for AI warfare, Poland says

The rise in AI-powered cyberattacks requires Europe to build a deterrence system similar to the one that prevented mutual destruction during the Cold War, Polish Deputy Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski has said.
