Mobile networks a problem in Latvian border area
Unexpected roaming bills, connecting to Belarusian mobile networks and, in some places, a complete lack of mobile coverage – this is everyday life for residents in the border regions. Although many have already got used to the presence of the neighbouring country’s networks, the quality of mobile communications in Latvia continues to cause difficulties, Latgale regional television reports.
