More trouble for CJP leaders: Another FIR against Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka transferred to Crime Branch
Delhi Police has transferred two FIRs against Cockroach Janta Party leaders to the Crime Branch for investigation. The leaders, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, were detained during protests at Connaught Place and Jantar Mantar. Legal challenges have been filed by their team to contest an extension of their judicial custody. They claim their continued detention violates their fundamental rights and due process.
