Kwa Nokeng Expands IPO as Botswana Emerges From Listings Drought

Kwa Nokeng Oil Holdings Ltd. expanded its initial public offering to 1.66 billion pula ($118 million) after applications for shares exceeded the original offer by about a fifth, as Botswana’s bourse emerges from an almost eight-year drought in new listings.
