Namibia: Govt Reviews Sugar Vat Zero-Rating

[Namibian] Finance minister Ericah Shafudah says the government is reviewing the zero-rating of value-added tax (VAT) on sugar consumption, raising the possibility of changes to the tax treatment of the commodity.
