Vietnam’s Phu Quoc launches initiative to train 3,000 people in first aid ahead of APEC 2027

Phu Quoc Special Zone in An Giang Province, southern Vietnam on Friday launched a community first-aid training program aimed at equipping up to 3,000 people with emergency response skills ahead of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Week in 2027 (APEC 2027).
