R4 ministers' meeting expresses solidarity with Saudi Arabia amid Houthi attacks
At the Regional Four (R4) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting held in Istanbul on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and other foreign ministers expressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia over the recent Houthi attacks targeting the kingdom, the Foreign Office (FO) said. The R4 group, comprising Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye, emerged in March and has been focusing on regional security and mediation efforts between the United States and Iran.
