Kenya: Nairobi Braces for Heavy Rains and Flash Floods

[Capital FM] Nairobi -- The Kenya Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rainfall, flash floods and strong winds in dozens of counties, with the heaviest downpours expected between October 26 and 28.
