Russia and Ukraine agree to truce in Oleshky

Moscow and Kyiv both said they would observe a ceasefire from Tuesday in the city in the southern Kherson region, which has been occupied by Russia since its 2022 invasion. US First Lady Melania Trump said in a surprise announcement Friday she had brokered the truce in Oleshky, where citizens are trapped and running out of food.
