Ghalibaf not to attend BRICS parliamentary speakers’ meeting in India

Tehran, IRNA — Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will not take part in the 12th meeting of speakers of BRICS parliaments in New Delhi due to “some unforeseen circumstances,” the Iranian Embassy in India has announced.
