UK’s Rayner Defends Burnham Move to Revisit EU Free Movement

Housing Secretary Angela Rayner denied that Andy Burnham is reopening the Brexit debate by reconsidering a key manifesto pledge to rule out freedom of movement with the European Union, saying the prime minister is simply seeking an “honest conversation” about Britain’s future relationship with the bloc.
