Sembcorp Is Said to Gauge Demand for $394 Million India Unit IPO

Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries Ltd. is meeting investors for a proposed initial public offering of its Indian unit, Sembcorp Green Infra Ltd., that could raise as much as $394 million, according to people familiar with the matter.
