Winter tyres should be on your car about now, say experts
Although there haven’t been many cold and wet days so far this autumn, drivers should already be thinking about changing from summer tyres to winter tyres. Experts interviewed by Latvian Television recommend not putting it off until December and choosing the time to change tyres according to the weather conditions, rather than waiting until winter tyres become compulsory. In Latvia, they must be used from 1 December to 1 March.
