Ethiopia: Liberation Without Domination - Ethiopia's Opposition Alliance and the Right to Decide
[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- The Ethiopian Peoples' Forces Alliance for Survival, or EPFAS, was announced on 20 September 2026. Announced participants included the Oromo Liberation Front-Oromo Liberation Army, known as OLF-OLA, the Amhara Fano National Movement, and the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF). Its statement, reproduced on an OLF-OLA-associated website, proposes an inclusive temporary government, temporary governing rules, and public discussion of the country's political future.
