Lithuanian conservative leader proposes universal conscription from 2030

Lithuania should introduce universal military conscription from 2030, opposition Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats leader Laurynas Kasčiūnas said Tuesday as he registered legislative amendments proposing an overhaul of the country’s draft system.
