Two charged with UK security offenses over airbase plot

This is the first time anyone has been charged in connection with an incident at the Royal Air Force's Fairford base in southwest England on September 27. Police were alerted after a local farmer reported seeing a group of men in several white vans engaged in 'suspicious' activity.
