Hanoi proposes $860mn plan to redevelop Hoan Kiem Lake area

Hanoi has proposed investing VND22.229 trillion (US$860 million) to renovate and redevelop Hoan Kiem Lake and its surrounding area, including land clearance, a four-level underground shopping center, and landscape improvements, with completion targeted for 2029.
