Lula terms Flávio Bolsonaro’s escape “shameful”
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Tuesday (Oct. 27) described Flávio Bolsonaro’s escape to the US as “shameful.” In the opinion of the president, who was reelected last Sunday (Oct. 25), his opponent at the polls is in debt to the justice system. “A citizen who secretly flees his country does so because he must have something to hide,” said Lula.
