UN rights experts condemn French police tactics against student protesters as 'unjustifiable'
Four UN special rapporteurs said they were 'appalled' by the violence against high school and university students, some of whom have suffered irreversible injuries, and called the arrest of several thousand people, mostly minors, disproportionate.
