Russia proposes new airline ticket surcharge to finance domestic aircraft production

A proposed fee on airline tickets to help fund a large-scale aircraft production program could reach 1,000 rubles per ticket, Interfax reported, citing the State Duma Budget and Tax Committee’s assessment of the draft federal budget.
