Rīga's central heating tariff to rise significantly in December

From 1 December, AS “Rīgas siltums”, who is responsible for Rīga's district heating plans to increase its heating tariffs by 19 per cent, Ivo Valdovskis, head of the company’s strategic communications department, told the LETA news agency.
