Russian Newspaper Shuts Down Blaming Kremlin ‘Dictatorship’

Novaya Gazeta, the Russian newspaper formerly led by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Dmitry Muratov, announced it’s shutting down after more than three decades, blaming persecution by the Kremlin and security services.
