[Addis Standard] Addis Abeba -- Renewed fighting in Tigray, northern Ethiopia, is pushing an already vulnerable population towards another humanitarian catastrophe. Nearly four years after the November 2022 Pretoria peace agreement was signed to end the devastating war between the Ethiopian federal government and Tigrayan forces, renewed hostilities have raised serious concerns about civilian safety, mass displacement, food insecurity, and the disruption of essential services.
