Heating tariffs to rise in many municipalities from November 1st

From November 1, heating tariffs will increase in Cēsis, Gulbene, Jelgava, Saldus, Valmiera, Dobele and Jūrmala the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (SPRK) has announced. It has approved a heating tariff increase in November for a total of 13 regulated merchants, while a decrease has been approved for one.
