Voters In A 'Pessimistic State' Ahead of Midterms, Says Cliff Young

Cliff Young, chair of US Public Affairs for Ipsos, said that voters are in a 'pessimistic state' ahead of the midterm elections, as the number of Americans who believe that the economy and the cost of living are on the wrong track.
