Mexico’s third-quarter growth was 0.9%, slowing but above expectations

Though Mexico's 3Q GDP grew over 2Q GDP, its rate of growth was considerably less than the 2Q's rate of growth over the first quarter, mainly because this year's 2Q growth was exceptionally strong.
