What are U.S. midterm elections?
The U.S. midterm elections on November 3 determine control of Congress, with all 435 House seats, about one-third of the 100 Senate seats, and numerous state governorships up for grabs, in a nationwide vote that weakens or strengthens the President’s agenda depending on which party prevails.
