Ho Chi Minh City boosts population quality efforts amid low fertility

Ho Chi Minh City is stepping up efforts to improve population quality as the city is placed among the 13 localities with the lowest fertility rates nationwide, amid rapid urbanization and an ageing population, heard a conference held on Saturday.
