Iran to receive Russian Su-35 jets after war ends, IRGC says Iran has bought Russian Su-35 fighter jets and expects to receive them after the war ends, spokesperson for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Mohammad Akraminia, has said, adding the country's air force will emerge stronger after the war. In an interview with Iranian news site Tabnak, Akraminia said the aircraft were originally supposed to arrive before the war began, adding that the necessary preparations and training have been completed.
