Three Ukrainians expelled from Lithuania before doing ‘any actual damage’ – VSD

Three Ukrainian citizens accused of carrying out tasks for foreign intelligence services have left Lithuania, and the decision to expel them was made before they caused any actual damage to the state, the State Security Department (VSD) said Thursday.
