Lithuania moves to expand access to fertility treatment beyond married couples

Lithuania’s parliament on Thursday advanced legislation that would expand access to medically assisted reproduction to unmarried couples and single women, following a Constitutional Court ruling that the current restrictions are unconstitutional.
