Grab to cut fees, refund $151,000 to drivers in Vietnam

Ride-hailing platform Grab will cut fees for passengers and drivers from November 10 and begin refunding VND3.9 billion (US$151,000) in excess deductions to affected drivers on Thursday, following complaints over low take-home earnings.
